In 1971-72 The Daily Mirror newspaper produced a series of football cigarette type cards called Star Soccer Sides.
The complete set comprised of 100 cards made up of the 92 Football League teams at the time, the 4 home nations International teams and the 4 main football trophies.
On the rear of the card were the players names shown in the line up.
As usual with this sort of newspaper promtotion the cards were collected by sending off to the Daily Mirror.
The were then supposed to be stuck onto a large wallchart titled Bobby Moore's Gallery of Soccer Sides.
The card is in good condition and is approximately 3 inches by an inch and a half.
A great item of football memorabilia for either a fan of the team or just to complete your set.
