We ALWAYS describe items honestly. However, if for any reason you aren’t happy with the item we will refund payment.
We NEVER try to rip people off on post and packing – there’s only ever one charge for multiple purchases.
We ALWAYS send out any orders over £10 via Recorded Delivery at our own expense (unless International where the cost is too prohibitive) as we believe that if someone is spending that sort of money the least they can expect is for us to guarantee they get it quickly and safely.
We ALWAYS try our best to deal with orders quickly and usually manage to despatch orders the same day we receive payment.
We ALWAYS respond to emails as quickly as possible so you will usually get a very speedy response to any queries.
We ALWAYS give a full refund if your not happy with the quality of the items.

As well as our normal range of items we regularly come across one off products (especially football badges) when we visit various fayres and auctions.
